I’m looking for someone located in Thailand to step in and keep our Gmail account organised, friendly, and fast. Here’s what the role looks like day to day: • Monitor the shared Gmail inbox during Thai business hours, aiming for a same-day reply to every message. • Use my existing reply templates and brand tone when responding, adding a personal touch where it helps. • Flag or forward anything that needs my direct attention and keep a simple log of escalated issues. • At the end of each week, send me a short summary of common questions or recurring problems you notice so we can keep improving our FAQs.
