Meeting Assistant for Client Calls: Notes, Summary and Action Items We are Pixavix Studio, a UI/UX and web design studio working with international clients. We are looking for a professional assistant to join our client meetings, take accurate notes and deliver a clear written report after each call. What you will do: - Join scheduled client calls (Google Meet or Zoom), usually 30 to 60 minutes - Take detailed notes: decisions, requirements, deadlines and open questions - Deliver a structured written summary with action items within a few hours after each call - Keep all client information strictly confidential (an NDA will be signed) Requirements: - Fluent, professional spoken English, because you will be present on live calls with clients, and excellent written English - Reliable, pun...
