We are seeking an experienced Email Strategy Consultant to lead strategic engagements for enterprise B2C and retail clients. This consulting-only role is focused on strategic advising rather than day-to-day execution. Lead end-to-end email strategy engagements, from program audits through roadmap development. Assess lifecycle architecture, segmentation, deliverability, data infrastructure, and campaign performance. Advise clients on segmentation, personalization, CRM, and marketing automation strategies. Conduct competitive and industry research to identify opportunities and benchmarks. Translate complex findings into clear, actionable strategic recommendations. Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations outlining insights, opportunities, and strategic roadmaps. Requirements At least 7 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy and consulting. Demonstrated experience advising enterprise-level organizations. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to turn data into strategic insights. Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills. Ability to operate as a strategic advisor rather than a day-to-day campaign executor.
