I’m looking for an experienced recruiter who can independently source and onboard entry-level Marketing Coordinators and Sales Representatives. You will need to rely on your own subscriptions, databases, and networking tools—nothing is provided on my side—so please be comfortable working with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed CV, or any other resources you trust. The assignment runs from first outreach through signed offer and day-one onboarding. That includes drafting attention-grabbing job ads, proactive searching, initial screening calls, scheduling interviews with me, reference checks, offer negotiation, and guiding each hire through paperwork and start-date preparation.
