I need reliable help keeping our customer information spotless and up-to-date across several internal systems. Most of what you’ll touch involves order history, purchase details, and notes from customer-support interactions. Accuracy is paramount, so every entry must be double-checked against source documents and any inconsistencies resolved before you move on. Day-to-day you will be creating fresh Excel workbooks and the occasional lightweight database, extending existing sheets with new rows, cleaning columns, and then turning that raw data into clear summaries or pivot-table reports that my sales and service teams can use immediately.
