I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can keep my accounts up to date and audit-ready every month. The core of the job is threefold: enter every sale, purchase, and bank or credit-card movement promptly; reconcile all balances so statements match the ledger; and run payroll accurately and on schedule. You may work in the platform you know best—QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar—as long as the chart of accounts remains consistent and reports export cleanly for my accountant at year-end. I’ll provide secure, cloud-based access to statements, receipts, and time-sheets, and I expect a short weekly status note plus a month-end package (P&L, balance sheet, reconciliation report, and payroll summary).
