Texas PE Needed to Oversee and Seal Driveway Culvert Drainage Calculations (Montgomery County, TX) I'm building a custom home in Montgomery County, Texas, and the county requires PE-sealed drainage calculations to permit a driveway culvert crossing a drainage easement. The drainage area is under 10 acres and is mostly undeveloped woods. I already have a drainage analyst working with me who will prepare the calculations. These will follow the Montgomery County Drainage Criteria Manual, including its rainfall and runoff assumptions and one of its accepted non-proprietary software packages.
