I already have a detailed 2D AutoCAD plan for the entire 3BHK, complete with dimensions and notes that spell out every functional requirement. Your task is to turn those drawings into a cohesive, modern interior that uses a neutral‐tone palette throughout. The scope covers all rooms—living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen and baths—so space planning, furniture layouts, lighting concepts and material selections should flow consistently from one area to the next. I want to see realistic 3D visuals (renders or walkthrough), the updated furniture-and-finish layout in CAD or Revit, and a concise specification sheet listing key materials, fixtures and paint codes.
