I need an experienced bookkeeper who can step in remotely on a part-time schedule and keep my small business finances current and transparent. Your main focus will be two core areas: • Invoicing – generate, issue, and follow up on customer invoices so cash flow stays predictable. • Financial reporting – prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow summaries that I can review at a glance before each management meeting. All work is cloud-based, so you should already feel at home with common accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online or Xero preferred) and shared-drive workflows for receipts and statements.
