I have a working Teensy-based board, complete with schematic and layout, but its electromagnetic behaviour needs tightening up. I’m looking for a fresh set of expert eyes to examine every layer of the existing design and show me exactly what to change so the next spin sails through EMC testing. The focus is squarely on electromagnetic compatibility: • Component placement – highlight parts that are coupling noise or breaking critical clearances. • Trace routing – identify aggressor/victim pairs, loop areas, impedance mis-matches and offer reroute guidance. • Grounding techniques – critique the plane strategy, return paths and stitching vias, then suggest practical fixes.
