Architectural Technician Needed – Amend PDF Plan + Produce Wall, Floor & Roof Details Description: I am looking for an experienced architectural technician or CAD designer to assist with updates and technical detailing for a small building project. Scope of Work: Modify an existing PDF floor plan to reflect a revised external footprint. Adjust the layout to the new overall building size (dimensions will be provided). Produce technical construction details for Building Control, including: Wall build-up detail (showing insulation, layers, materials, thicknesses).
