We already have the geometry of a new commercial reinforced-concrete swimming pool with an attached plunge pool for a resort in Bohol. We need a Philippine-licensed structural engineer to complete the structural design and produce signed and sealed drawings. The site is flood prone, so the design must consider full, partially full and empty-pool conditions, including high external groundwater, hydrostatic uplift and external soil pressure.
