I already run a fingerprint-based biometric system and now need it to work side-by-side with a cloud face-recognition service, tied together through their REST APIs and surfaced in one place. Your first step will be to pull enrollment and verification events out of the existing fingerprint SDK. On the face-recognition side I am flexible—AWS Rekognition, Azure Face API, or Google Cloud Vision are all options—so you may choose whichever platform best meets accuracy, latency, and cost targets. The heart of the project is a unified web interface that stores and displays real-time activity logs from both modalities.
