I am preparing a presentation package for an interior space and need photorealistic 3D renderings that clearly communicate layout, finishes, lighting, and overall ambience. You will receive the floor plans, reflected ceiling plan, furniture schedule, and reference photos the moment we start. Your task is to build the scene, apply accurate materials and textures, set realistic lighting, and deliver fully-rendered still images from the key viewpoints we agree on. I am flexible on the software you use—3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Blender with Cycles, or a comparable professional tool is fine—as long as the final imagery looks convincing and print-ready.
