Your task is to turn that raw data into clean, accurate pay stubs, exporting each one as an individual, ready-to-send PDF that matches the template exactly. Speed and precision matter: numbers must reconcile to the cent, dates and deductions must line up with the spreadsheet I provide, and filenames should follow a simple convention so HR can file them instantly. I use Excel for the data feed, so familiarity with formulas and basic validation will help you spot inconsistencies before the PDFs are generated.
